Is Next Gen Peptides legit? Yes. It’s a real US vendor with unusually well-organised paperwork, scoring 7.4/10 on everything we could check without buying. This NextGen Peptides review is for US researchers comparing vendors on documentation and price. NextGen doesn’t ship outside the US.

On 22 September 2026 we audited all 171 certificates in its COA library, took one apart line by line, tried to verify it with the issuing lab, priced four compounds against three vendors from our best peptide vendors we’ve tested list and checked its reputation. We haven’t ordered or independently tested a vial yet, and we flag where that matters.

Which “NextGen Peptides” is this? Avoid the lookalike sites

At least five businesses use some version of “next gen peptides.” This review covers only ngpeptide.com, based in Carlsbad, California.

The names differ by a few letters and the lookalike ranks for the brand name, so one typo can send your card details to the wrong site.

What others reported about nextgenpeps.com on 22 September 2026 (we haven’t ordered from it and aren’t calling it a scam ourselves):

• Scamadviser says its checks suggest the site “may be a scam.”
• Gridinsoft gives it a trust score of 1 out of 100.
• Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 23 reviews, about a third one-star, citing non-delivery, month-long refund waits and bot-only support. Some reviewers meant to buy from ngpeptide.com.

What NextGen Peptides sells: 91 compounds

On 22 September 2026 NextGen listed 91 compounds as lyophilized vials, capsules, liquid sprays, liquid substrate and oral droppers. All are labeled “not for human or veterinary use,” and this review treats them that way: research use only, no dosing.

“GLP-3” is retatrutide and “TRZ” is tirzepatide. Tirzepatide is an approved prescription drug; retatrutide is still investigational. Selling either as a research chemical is legally contested, and supply can disappear at short notice.

NextGen Peptides COAs: we audited all 171 certificates

The COA library is this vendor’s strongest point, though it has three holes. Certificates are filed by product and lot, each with a purity figure, assay date, issuing lab and downloadable PDF. On 22 September 2026 there were 171. Of these, 167 named ILS Laboratories of San Diego, one Janoshik and one BioInfinity QA, and one had “10.35” in the lab column, a data-entry error.

What one full certificate contains

We opened the PDF for lot BPC20-07 (COA-2026-PUCEPD), a real multi-assay report. ILS Laboratories (8222 Vickers St, San Diego) received the sample on 14 September and issued the report on 18 September, signed by lab director Dr Greg Kalyuzhny. Results:

• Purity: 99.43% by HPLC
• Net peptide content: 20.73 mg against a 20 mg label, a slight overfill
• Fentanyl: not detected
• Sterility (PCR): no growth
• Endotoxin: 0.625 EU/mL
• Heavy metals (ICP-MS): arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury and chromium not detected

One caveat: identity was confirmed “by chromatographic retention time comparison,” not by mass spectrometry. Retention time shows the peak behaves like BPC-157; mass spec shows the molecule weighs what BPC-157 weighs. Mass spec is the stronger test, and an independent check should add it. The three holes

1. Identity is often “Pending.” Even the library’s featured record, lot GHKCU at 99.90%, lists identity as Pending. Purity without confirmed identity tells you how pure something is, not what it is.
2. Eleven records have no purity figure (“N/A” or “Not Reported”), and four fall below the advertised “Purity > 99%”: two Glutathione lots at 98.09% and 98.40%, plus a BPC+TB blend and a Cagri lot at 96.10%. Publishing them is to NextGen’s credit. Still advertising “> 99%” site-wide is not.
3. The PDFs are vendor-hosted. Each carries an ILS access code pointing to portal.ils-lab.com, but the portal is a client login with no public lookup, and there’s no verification page at the obvious address. NextGen Peptides pricing vs other vendors

NextGen was the cheapest of the four on every compound we checked. Prices are per vial as listed on 22 September 2026, converted to dollars per mg. The three rivals are from our best peptide vendors we’ve tested list.

Two caveats. Elite Edge was running a 50% banner, so its prices may be promotional. And price per mg only means something if the mg are in the vial, which is why an independent assay matters more than this table.

Shipping, payment, refunds and support

Shipping

US only, all 50 states. The FAQ says: “We have no plans to ship outside of the USA at any point in the future.” Orders go FedEx 2-Day Air from Carlsbad. Most are processed within 36 hours, and the shop front claims same-day dispatch. Peptides ship as lyophilized powder at ambient temperature without cold packs. That’s normal: freeze-dried peptide handles a couple of days in transit far better than a reconstituted solution, much as instant coffee outlasts milk.

Payment

Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Paying by card gives you a chargeback route; vendors that take only crypto or Zelle leave you nothing to dispute.

Refunds

“All sales are final except as described in our Refund and Return Policy or as required by law.” The FAQ covers verified fulfillment errors and transit damage, not change of mind or opened products. There’s no general return window, and no refund is tied to the “Purity > 99%” claim. The refund policy page returned a 404 when we checked on 22 September 2026.

Shipment protection

An optional add-on. Without it, you chase lost or damaged parcels through FedEx yourself. Claims must be reported within 7 days for non-delivery and 48 hours for damage. Buy it on large orders.

Trustpilot: profile removed

On 22 September 2026 the Trustpilot page for ngpeptide.com read: “This profile has been removed. The business you’re trying to find goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot.”

Reviews and search snippets still quote 4.7 stars from roughly 400 reviews, but you can no longer check that number or read the complaints behind it. Trustpilot doesn’t say publicly why it removes a given profile. Its policy covers everything from review manipulation to prohibited product categories, and research chemicals may fall into the latter. • Ascension Peptides: blend-heavy catalogue (KLOW, GLOW, stacks) if you want pre-mixed vials. US-only, like NextGen.

Final verdict: is NextGen Peptides legit?

Yes, with caveats. NextGen Peptides is a real Carlsbad vendor with the most complete public COA library we’ve audited this year and the lowest price per mg of the four vendors compared here. The caveats: a removed Trustpilot profile, identity testing that’s often pending or done by retention time, and certificates you can’t verify with the lab yourself.

Buy from it if you’re US-based, price-sensitive and willing to check your lot’s certificate before opening the vial. Look elsewhere if you need international shipping, a return window or lab-side COA verification. Type the domain by hand, and add shipment protection to large orders.

What would change the score: an independent Janoshik assay on a vial we buy ourselves. That test is scheduled, and we’ll publish the result here, pass or fail.
