Bioregulator peptides have 50+ years of research behind. More than 15 million patients have used them.
There are two types:
- Natural bioregulators (Cytomaxes): Extracted from animal organs. Gradual onset with 4 to 6 months of lasting effects.
- Synthetic bioregulators (Cytogens): Lab-made. Faster action with 1.5 to 2 months of lasting effects.
Most researchers combine synthetic for initiation and natural for maintenance.
Epitalon
One of the most researched bioregulator peptides that target the pineal gland.
A 2025 study shows that it can lengthen telomeres (the protective caps on your DNA) through two specific pathways. No other peptide can do both.
Treated cells can divide 10 times as often as normal cells, increasing their longevity by approximately 30%.
A study of 266 elderly people who took Epitalon yearly for 6 years found 4x lower mortality than the control group.
Researchers Report:
- Better sleep
- Even energy
- Faster recovery
- Feeling more in tune throughout the day
Epitalon has been shown to influence the pineal gland’s production of melatonin. Helps restore the natural circadian rhythm of neurotransmitters like norepinephrine and dopamine.
Thymalin
Targets the thymus gland, which produces your immune cells.
The thymus shrinks as we age and becomes mostly fat by 50.
A COVID-19 trial found faster recovery with better immune markers in patients.
When taken with Epitalon, it has been shown to prolong the active longevity for people over 60.
Researchers Report:
- Getting sick less often
- Faster recovery
- Feeling more resilient
Clinical Update: The recent clinical assessment of COVID-19 patients who received Thymalin in addition to standard therapy showed a significantly slower decline in IgG antibodies, with levels remaining 32% higher than control levels at 100 days. It also aided normalization of blood parameters associated with the “cytokine storm” and of respiratory function.
Vilon
The smallest bioregulator with just two amino acids. Works by uncompressing DNA to make genes readable again.
It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth by over 60% in animal studies.
Researchers Report:
- Better immune function
- General sense of vitality

Bonomarlot
This bioregulator peptide acts on bone marrow, where your blood cells are made.
Bone marrow slows down as we age, which can cause anemia, weaker immunity, and slower healing. Bonomarlot is used to support the production.
Clinical studies show it’s effective to treat anemia. People who used it alongside conventional therapy noticed a 24% reduction in recovery time, with significant improvements in erythrocyte (red blood cell) and hemoglobin counts.
Researchers Report:

Researchers Report:
- Better joint mobility
- Less stiffness
- Easier to move around
Endoluten

Researchers Report:
- Deeper sleep
- Healthier circadian rhythm
- More enduring energy levels
Vladonix

The effects develop slightly slower but last longer.
Researchers Report:
- Sustained immune support

The Bottom Line
Bioregulator peptides aren’t like regular peptides.
They don’t force the body into action; they make cells remember to work. Short peptides (2–4 amino acids) such as Vilon and Epitalon are signaling molecules that can be translocated into the cell nucleus and directly interact with DNA.
- Epigenetic Unlock: They bind to special “promoter” sites on genes and interact with histones (H1/3, H1/6).
- Gene Activation: That binds the DNA, loosening this structure, “unfolding” the DNA as the cell turns back on the gene, letting genes that were silenced or “compressed” by age by heterochromatinization.
- Protein Synthesis: After the genes are available for the cell to access, they bring about the synthesis of the tissue-specific proteins required for organ repair or function.
Half a century of research and still going on.
Make sure to be assured that your research chemical is not garbage.
Do peptide bioregulators work
The evidence is substantial but mostly Russian. A 6-year study showed 4x lower mortality with annual courses. A 2025 study confirmed telomere lengthening. A COVID-19 trial showed immune benefits. The limitation: most research comes from one institute. Independent Western validation is growing but still limited.
What are the side effects?
Across 40+ years and 15 million patients, no serious side effects have been consistently reported. Researchers gave mice 100,000x the normal dose with no problems. The real risks are product quality (fakes exist) and unknown drug interactions. Bioregulators just break down into amino acids, the same building blocks in your food.
What’s the difference between natural and synthetic peptides?
Natural bioregulators come from animal organs and contain multiple peptide types. Effects build slowly but last 4 to 6 months. Synthetic bioregulators are lab-made single sequences. They work faster, but the effects last 1.5 to 2 months. Many people use synthetic first, then natural, for maintenance.
How long do the effects last?
Natural bioregulators: 4-6 months. Synthetic: 1.5 to 2 months. That’s why you take short courses every 6 months rather than daily. The effects come from lasting changes in gene expression, not temporary biochemical shifts.
