If you want to know where to buy retatrutide, you need one fact first. It is investigational (LY3437943), FDA has not approved it, and every vial sold online is labeled research use only. So the real question is not who has the best reviews. It is who can prove the vial matches the label.

Most pages rank sellers on reputation. I read the retatrutide certificates instead. I took three vendors from our best peptide vendors list, opened five COA files, and checked each report on the lab’s own site. Every check below is dated 5 Oct 2026.

Quick answer: the best places to buy retatrutide

Three picks. Each one has a retatrutide COA, so I needed no substitute vendor. Amino Club was already in our top three.

1. Amino Club has the best evidence. The ILS Laboratories report matches lot RT0004 on the product page, the lab’s own portal confirmed it, and it measured 10.27 mg on a 10 mg label.
2. Platinum Biolabs labels plainly and uses two labs. Horizon Analytical measured 9.82 mg on the 10 mg vial and Kovera Labs measured 19.66 mg on the 20 mg vial. It also has the highest price per mg.
3. Elite Edge Biotech is cheapest per labeled mg at $6.50, and MZ Biolabs confirmed the report. But the report has no measured mg and no endotoxin result.

The best place to buy retatrutide on evidence alone is Amino Club. It is the only vendor where every column of my audit filled in. If you want a single best vendor for retatrutide, that is my pick.

I excluded nobody for a missing COA, because I only audited these three. The other seven vendors on our main list are not checked for retatrutide yet.

Is retatrutide FDA-approved or legal to buy?

No, it is not approved. Retatrutide is a triple agonist that acts on the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors. Eli Lilly develops it. No regulator has approved it as a medicine.

Here is where it stands on 5 Oct 2026, from the primary sources I opened:

• Lilly’s Q2 2026 earnings filing (SEC 8-K, 5 Aug 2026) says its Phase 3 data package is complete and it plans to submit a Biologics License Application to FDA in the first quarter of 2027. A plan to file is not an approval.
• TRIUMPH-Outcomes (NCT06383390) is Phase 3, active and not recruiting, with primary completion listed for Feb 2029. A ClinicalTrials.gov search for retatrutide returned 34 studies.
• FDA’s page on unapproved GLP-1 drugs (updated 1 Oct 2026) says retatrutide cannot be used in compounding under federal law. It also warns against products sold online as “research use only”.

Vendor sites say research use only. That label is a sales term. It is not legal clearance, and FDA says so on that page. I am not a lawyer and this is not legal or medical advice. Check the rules where you live.

How people get retatrutide: four routes

If you are asking how to get retatrutide, there are four routes. Only one of them is a vendor, and it carries the most risk. Our list of peptides covers other compounds.

• Research vendors. They list retatrutide for sale as lyophilized vials labeled research use only. This page covers them. FDA does not treat that label as an approved route.
• Clinical trials. Lilly runs the TRIUMPH Phase 3 program, listed on ClinicalTrials.gov. Entry is strict. There is also an expanded access record (NCT07629401), status available as of Aug 2026. It is individual patient access, and a treating physician has to start the request.
• Telehealth. I did not audit any telehealth service. The drug is not approved, so no clinic can prescribe it as a marketed product. Ask exactly what is in the vial before you pay.
• Compounding. FDA’s page says retatrutide cannot be used in compounding under federal law. I checked that on 5 Oct 2026. The page can change, so read it again before you rely on it.

How we checked these vendors

I took the top three vendors on our best peptide vendors list: Platinum Biolabs, Elite Edge Biotech and Amino Club. All three sell retatrutide with a COA, so I did not need a fallback. For each one I opened the retatrutide product page, downloaded the COA it links to, and read every line. Then I looked for that report on the lab’s own site. That is five COA files for three vendors, because Platinum publishes a separate endotoxin file and uses a second lab for its 20 mg vial.

For every report I recorded the named lab, whether the lab’s site confirmed it, the lot, HPLC purity, measured mg against the label, endotoxin, size and price. I compared the 10 mg vial first, because it is the only size where all three publish a COA. Prices come from each product page on 5 Oct 2026. List price comes first. Codes get their own line.

Table A sorts by how much I could verify, strongest first. Every row is the same 10 mg vial. “Not reported” means the report does not contain it.

Amino Club stands out because every column filled and the lab confirmed the report. The main caveat is Platinum’s 10 mg report, which I could not confirm on Horizon Analytical’s site.

Amino Club retatrutide review

• Lab: ILS Laboratories, San Diego. The COA footer says testing runs under ISO/IEC 17025. I confirmed the report on the ILS portal on 5 Oct 2026.
• Lot: RT0004 on the COA and on the product page. Lab received it 14 Aug 2026 and tested it 21 Aug 2026.
• Purity and content: 99.92% by HPLC. Net peptide content 10.27 mg on a 10 mg label. Two samples read 10.25 and 10.27 mg. An archived report for the same lot, shown on the product page, reads 10.53 mg.
• Endotoxin: NMT 0.05 EU/mL by USP <85>. Heavy metals not detected, sterility no growth, fentanyl screen not detected.
• Sizes and price: 10, 20 and 30 mg at $69.99, $134.99 and $199.99 list.
• Payment, shipping, refunds (vendor states): Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. US only, with international “coming soon”. Free standard shipping over $100. No refunds. One replacement for verified transit damage, claimed within 14 days with photos.

Verdict: the most complete retatrutide paper trail of the three. Watch-outs: the page sells it as “AMP-3 (RT)”, the COA says “GLP-3 RT”, and you cannot get a refund.

Platinum Biolabs retatrutide review

• Lab: Horizon Analytical for the 10 mg vial. Kovera Labs for the 20 mg vial. I confirmed the 20 mg report on the Kovera verify page on 5 Oct 2026.
• Verification gap: the 10 mg COA prints a lot number and a QR code, but the Horizon lookup needs a report number. I tried a report number built from the lot and got no match. That does not make the report fake. It means I cannot vouch for it.
• Lot: PB-2117436-P (purity) and PB-2117436-E (endotoxin) for 10 mg. The product page shows no lot.
• Purity and content: 99.42% and 9.82 mg on the 10 mg vial. 99.231% and 19.66 mg on the 20 mg vial. Endotoxin reads below 0.05 EU/mL at 10 mg. At 20 mg it says pass against a 0.5 EU/mL limit, with no number.
• Sizes and price: 10 mg at $105.00 and 20 mg at $179.00.
• Shipping and refunds (vendor states): US only, Houston, arrives in 1 to 2 days. 30-day returns, but opened vials are not eligible. I did not start checkout, so I have no payment list.

Verdict: plain labeling and two labs that both read close to label. Watch-outs: the highest price per mg, and a 10 mg report I could not verify. You can request a batch COA from the vendor, which it says takes 1 to 2 business days.

Elite Edge Biotech retatrutide review

• Lab: MZ Biolabs, Tucson. The report’s QR code opened the same certificate on the MZ Biolabs site on 5 Oct 2026.
• Naming: the product is “Elite-3RT”. The page never says retatrutide. The COA is titled “GLP-3 R 10mg” and its compound line reads Retatrutide. I count it because the certificate names the compound.
• Lot: the COA lot field is a date, 2026-05-28. The product page shows no lot, so matching it to your vial is hard. The COA lists eliteedgebiotech.biz, which redirects to the .com shop.
• Purity and content: 99.67% by HPLC-UV-MS. Mass spectrometry read 4728.56 Da against 4728.47 expected. No net content and no endotoxin on the report.
• Sizes and price: 10, 20, 30, 60 and 100 mg. The 10 mg shows $65.00 with $129.99 struck through. The 20 mg shows $110.00 against $219.99.
• Payment, shipping, refunds (vendor states): Visa, Mastercard, CashApp, Zelle and Link Money ACH. US only, $13 flat, free over $200. 30 days, unopened items only, unless defective or wrong.

Verdict: the cheapest per labeled mg, with a real lab behind the report. Watch-outs: no measured mg, no endotoxin, and a coded product name. Ask for a lot-matched report with measured content before you order.

Retatrutide price per mg

If you are comparing where to buy retatrutide on cost, do the division. Price per labeled mg is the sticker price divided by the mg on the label. Price per measured mg uses the mg the lab found. They split when a vial reads above or below label.

Here is why it matters. Take a made-up vial priced at $6.50 per labeled mg that holds 8 mg of a 10 mg label. It costs $8.13 per real mg. The cheap vial is not cheap. That example is not a result from this audit.

Elite Edge is cheapest per labeled mg. Where a lab measured the vial, Amino Club is cheapest per measured mg. Elite Edge cannot be priced that way because its report has no net content.

For Platinum, the Kovera report measured 19.66 mg, so its 20 mg vial costs $9.11 per measured mg. I did not open a 20 mg report for Amino Club or Elite Edge.

Codes and bulk discounts, kept out of the tables. Amino Club’s banner code FALL40 took the 10 mg to $41.99 on 5 Oct 2026, or $4.20 per labeled mg, and said it ends in about ten days. Platinum lists 5%, 10% and 15% off at 3, 5 and 10 vials. Elite Edge lists 10% off with Link Money ACH.

Across both sizes the range is $5.50 to $10.50 per labeled mg. Treat a price far below that range as a question to ask.

How to verify a retatrutide COA

A retatrutide COA is only as good as your ability to check it. This is the order I use. Our guide shows how to verify a peptide COA in more detail.

1. Find the lab’s name. If the report names no lab, stop. A logo is not a name.
2. Open the report on the lab’s own site. Use the QR code or the lab’s verify page. ILS and MZ Biolabs both opened my reports. Horizon Analytical would not, because the COA printed no report number. Janoshik is a lab you will see on many reports, and it has its own verify page. None of these three vendors used it for retatrutide.
3. Match the lot number. You want a batch-matched COA: the lot on the report is the lot on your vial or product page. Elite Edge’s lot field is a date, so ask for the lot printed on your vial.
4. Check the compound name. The report should say Retatrutide, spelled out. Platinum’s reports print CAS 2381089-83-2.
5. Read purity and identity. HPLC purity is a percentage. Identity should come from mass spectrometry or a retention-time match against a reference. 99% purity says nothing about how much is in the vial.
6. Read the measured mg. This is net content against the label. Amino Club read 102.7%. Platinum read 98.2% and 98.3%. Elite Edge gave no figure.
7. Read the endotoxin line. You want a number with a unit and a method. “Pass” with no number is weaker.

Fake retatrutide: red flags

Knowing how to tell if retatrutide is fake comes down to paperwork. A vial can look right and still be wrong. These are the flags I watch for.

• A coded product name with no named compound on the certificate. Two of the three vendors here sell under codes, Elite-3RT and AMP-3 (RT). Both COAs name retatrutide, so they pass. If the certificate does not name it, walk away.
• Lookalike domains. Scammers copy trusted names. Type the address yourself.
• Crypto-only payment. Card payments give you a dispute option. It does not prove the product is real, but it is something.
• No lot number, or a lot that does not match.
• A report you cannot confirm on the lab’s site.
• Prices far below the range in Table B.

Retatrutide vendors on Reddit

Threads about retatrutide vendors on Reddit are useful for three things: names to check, shipping reports and warnings. That is it.

Vendors promote themselves there, and rivals knock each other down. A glowing post proves nothing. So use Reddit as a lead. Take the name, then run it through the steps above. Search the threads titled with where to buy retatrutide if you like, but the COA decides.

Where to buy retatrutide in the EU, UK and Canada

None of the three vendors I audited ships outside the US. Platinum Biolabs says US only. Elite Edge says US only. Amino Club ships to US states and lists international as “coming soon”. So none of them ship to the EU, UK or Canada.

Certa Peptides, in Romania, lists retatrutide with a “COA” badge and a “from” price of €44.49. Its site says it ships to 29 countries across the EU, UK and Switzerland, and our main list says it does not ship to the US. I have not opened or verified its retatrutide report, so it is not ranked here.

I have not confirmed any retatrutide vendor that ships to Canada. I will not guess.
