What is KLOW peptide?

The GLOW stack with the anti-inflammatory tripeptide KPV added.

KLOW blend or KLOW stack, is cheaper and easier to handle. Some people misspell it as “clo peptide,” which confuses beginners.

Researched for tissue repair, inflammation, and skin remodelling.

Ratio is locked at 50/10/10/10. The COAs published by suppliers are hard to verify for each single peptide in the KLOW blend.

GHK-Cu is a tripeptide bound to copper. Found naturally in the body. Declines with age. Handles collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan production. Akso adjust enzymes that break down those processes.

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide made of 15 amino acids and a protein sequence found in human gastric juice. Stimulates blood vessel growth (angiogenesis) in animals through VEGFR2 and nitric oxide signals.

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4. An actin-binding protein released by tiny cell fragments (platelets) in your blood. Platelets help stop bleeding and repair damaged tissue.

KPV is made up of the last three amino acids from a hormone involved in pigmentation and inflammation. It keeps anti-inflammatory signals but has no tanning effects.

Why GHK-Cu makes up 62% of the blend

Put on your marketing hat for a second and sit up straight.

GHK-Cu is the cheapest to produce of all three in the KLOW blend. You can get a vial for meekly $20 vs $30-35 for 10mg for the other peptides.

The KLOW blends mentioned here offer the best prices. They are tested by reliable labs.

KLOW peptide benefits & Scientific Study

Hair growth

GHK-Cu has some evidence for hair growth. More support for topical use than injection. Animal studies show it can enlarge follicles and stimulate growth. Studies on injection showed hair growth. It included copper tripeptide-1 and five other growth factors and peptides. Klow peptide blend is a new combination that hasn’t been researched enough.

Skin and acne

Human studies show that GHK-Cu in creams can tighten and firm your skin. This helps reduce fine lines and hyperpigmentation. For those looking into the KLOW blend to enhance skin, try GHK-Cu creams and serums.

Source

Joints and arthritis

BPC-157 has a big pile of animal data but almost no human evidence. Finding on animal studies are better for tendon, ligament, muscle and bone healing. Among 12 people who got BPC-157 for knee pain, 11 reported serious improvements.

KPV has been shown to reduce inflammatory and cartilage-degrading responses in human chondrocytes. The closest data is on protected cartilage cells.

Sources 2

Psoriasis and inflammation

KPV shows promising anti-inflammatory effects but not for psoriasis. Supresses NF-κB and MAPK signals in human intestinal and immune cells. Reduces inflammation in animals. Researchers say KPV may help with inflammatory skin diseases. It acts as a melanocortin peptide and has anti-inflammatory effects.

Sources 2

Gut

Promising for animals but not proven for humans. Oral KPV reduced colitis in multiple mice. BPC-157 has more animal evidence on colitis, esophagitis, fistulas and intestinal healing.

Is KLOW supposed to be blue?

Yes, because real KLOW is blue because of legit pure GHK-Cu. It’s around 62.% of the KLOW blend.

A white or colourless KLOW peptide vial means it’s disposable garbage. Watch signs:

  • White or colourless means little or zero GHK-Cu.
  • A green or brown tint can mean degradation or contamination.
  • Cloudiness or floating particles that don’t clear after a gentle swirl point to poor solubility, degradation, or contamination. Don’t use it.

KLOW side effects and safety

Klow blend has no safety data itself, so we need to look at each peptide inside.

  • Injection-site redness, sensitivity or mild swelling
  • Mild fatigue, headache or vivid dreams
  • Brief changes in digestion or appetite
  • Light-headedness

Rare or theoretical:

  • Allergic reactions to any component or to contaminants
  • Infection from non-sterile product or poor technique
  • Copper accumulation with long, uninterrupted cycles
  • Vision changes. People search for this a lot, but we found no published report linking any KLOW component to vision problems. Treat any change in your vision as a reason to stop and see a doctor.

Contamination carries the real risk. Serious side effects come from BPC-157 if it’s from a trash vendor. There are over 200 peptide vendors, and be sure that many of them are harmful.

For KLOW peptide blends, you must look at the sterility and endotoxin results on the COA before looking at purity numbers.

Safety considerations

Who should avoid it

Anyone with a current or past cancer

BPC-157, thymosin beta-4 and GHK-Cu all promote angiogenesis, the growth of new blood vessels. Tumours depend on angiogenesis too, and no study has ruled out that these peptides could help a tumour grow.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women

There is currently no adequate safety data for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

People with Wilson’s disease

The same caution applies to other disorders involving abnormal copper handling, given the amount of GHK-Cu contained in the blend.

Tested athletes

TB-500 is prohibited by WADA, and BPC-157 is also prohibited in tested sport.

Is KLOW better than GLOW? Only if you solely want KPV. That extra 10 mg KPV is the only difference between the two blends. Most evidence is from gut and inflammation models, not skin. GLOW gives you the same GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. And for injury research without the copper, the Wolverine stack has no GHK-Cu at all.

How to check a KLOW vial using its COA

Most KLOW certificates can’t tell you whether your vial contains 50/10/10/10. A standard HPLC purity figure measures how much of the detected peptide material is intact peptide. With four peptides in the vial, a single “99.9% purity” number says nothing about how much of each one is there. The best peptide companies must show NET content and make sure its free from toxins. A vial could hold 70 mg of GHK-Cu and 2 mg of BPC-157 and still sail through at 99%.

We went through the public KLOW certificates from seven US vendors on 23 and 24 September 2026:

Certificate checklist

What to look for on a KLOW certificate

  • All four peptides identified

Look for identification by HPLC retention time, mass spectrometry, or another clearly stated analytical method.

  • Actual peptide quantity measured

The certificate should report the milligrams of each peptide measured, rather than simply calculating amounts from the blend’s stated ratio.

  • Traceable lot and laboratory

The lot number should match your vial, and the testing laboratory should be independently verifiable.

  • Heavy-metal testing

Look for a dedicated heavy-metals panel using ICP-MS or another validated elemental-analysis method.

KLOW results and user reports

See user reports as stories, not evidence. There are no controls and no blinding test on KLOW blend.

People who see results rarely share it online. A report also can’t replace the effect from placebo, diet, or training. Or the other peptides people often use simultaneously.

KLOW peptide FAQ

Is KLOW safe?

Nobody knows. The blend has never had a safety study, and each component has only limited human data. The main known risks are contamination from unregulated manufacturing, injection-site reactions, and a theoretical risk that angiogenesis could feed tumour growth. Anyone with a cancer history should avoid it, and so should pregnant women and tested athletes.

How long does KLOW take to work?

No trial has looked at the blend, so there’s no data on timing. In topical GHK-Cu studies, collagen remodelling was measured over weeks. Be suspicious of anyone claiming results within a few days.

Is KLOW good for hair growth?

The evidence is weak. Copper peptides helped hair follicles grow in lab cultures. The best studies used AHK-Cu. No human trials have tested GHK-Cu or KLOW injections for hair loss. So, hair growth is still an unproven claim.

Can you take KLOW with NAD+?

No studies show a combination. There’s no known interaction between NAD+ and any KLOW component. Missing data doesn’t make it safe, though. Adding more compounds also makes it impossible to tell which one caused an effect or a side effect.

How much bac water for KLOW 80 mg?

Most people use 3 mL. That gives 26.7 mg/mL, so 10 units on a U-100 syringe delivers 2.67 mg of blend: 1.67 mg of GHK-Cu and 0.33 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Use 2 mL if you want a stronger solution, or 4 mL for finer dosing.

Does KLOW need refrigeration?

Yes, once it’s reconstituted. Vendors recommend storing the powder at −20 °C away from light, and the mixed solution at 2 to 8 °C. Luxe Peptides says to use reconstituted KLOW within 14 days. Don’t freeze the mixed solution, and throw it out if it turns cloudy or changes colour.
